New Perspectives Small Business Coaching takes a unique approach in Australia. Because of my years of experience as CEO and founder of a successful building company in Sydney, and my extensive training in coaching and related disciplines, I work with my clients on two intricately linked concepts:

All too often clients of a business consultant will have a feeling of dread in the pit of their stomach when the consultant starts to produce the plans he or she believes will solve all the problems a mixture of disbelief, resentment and plain fear, because he plans in question make no allowances for the uniqueness of the business and it's owner and founder.
