Early in 2009 I will kick off the next exciting group coaching programme for small business owners:

Business Coaching in a dynamic and structured group environment for business owners who want to accelerate their business growth.

The Programme:

• The programme will consist of fortnightly sessions of 1.5 hrs, held by teleconference facility, with email support between sessions.

• The Programme will be led by me, Roland Hanekroot of New Perspectives Business Coaching. I am an internationally accredited Business Coach, Small Business Counsellor, Team Coach, Trainer, Business Mentor and SME Consultant with many years experience.

• There will be 14 fortnightly sessions, over 6 months (26 weeks)

• Each session will take place on Tuesday mornings from 8.00 am to 9.30 am.

• The group will have a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 6

Your Investment and Logistics

• The full programme cost will be $1400 plus GST (only $100 per session or $50 per week) paid in advance (A payment arrangement can be negotiated). This cost includes all course materials (including a book by Michael Gerber from the E-Myth series, workbook, tools etc) and email support between sessions.

• The call cost is to be borne by participants. We will make use of a conference call facility in the US, using phone cards this should cost no more than about $3 per call)

• The first 2 participants that commit to the programme will get a $50 phone card for free which should comfortably cover all calling costs.

• You should expect that there will be between 1 to 3 hours of "homework/business building work" between sessions, depending on your own commitment and what comes up in the sessions.

• Email support between sessions is included

• Additional one-on-one sessions can be arranged at additional cost

• You will need to be at every call or be prepared to do a one-on-one catch up call with Roland at additional cost. (Part of the impact of this programme comes from regular attendance and commitment, the accountability that comes from having to attend regularly and the interaction and support that all participants get from each other)

• You will need no special equipment to participate other than a computer with email connection.  A headset for your telephone is however very useful. Conference calls are not successful on hands free phone systems or mobiles.
