Business Health Check Survey

Here is my in depth business health survey. it will take you about 15 to 20 minutes to complete.... and you can't save it halfway....

It is really important to answer the questions instinctively.... don't think about it.... the first number that comes up for you is the right one.

You will get all the answers back in a report together with a graph that really highlights your achievements and your challenges.

Rate Yourself from 1 to 10, 1 being poor, 10 being excellent, if any statement does not apply enter N/A...
